We did business with the You-Stylish rental company under special circumstances. In fact, the team, notably composed of Kate and Saras, saved our visit in Barcelona in late september 2010.

My wife and I have rented houses, condos and summer homes on many occasions all around North America, South America, the Caribbean and in Europe. In late september, we made a reservation from Canada with another company located in the area of Barcelona. At our arrival in the city, we went to the location of our rental, which turned out to be something totally different than we had expected and in a sector of the city in which, we felt, our safety would have been in jeopardy.

Then we decided to be relocated somewhere else, (near the olympic area) and lose our deposit. That was our choice! However, after waiting at the hotel for two days without any news, and without a solution, we had contact with another company to find us what we were looking for.

We contacted other companies like "Come to barcelona" which treated us without respect and consideration. In addition, they made false representation and simply tried to exploit our situation. When we understood what was really happening, they let us down, even with an official reservation.

Then we contacted, Kate from Stylish, she listenned to us, understood our needs and quickly reacted and came back with a reasonable solution within 1 hour. This is what we call "professionalism!" You Stylish even found a way to send us a taxi driver to pick us up in the middle of a General Strike in the City and take us to the location of the rental. Then we arrived at the You Stylish appartment, which was totally fantastic, clean and located in a very safe environment.

Everything was perfect and totally fitting all promises from the representative, Kate and and her collaborator, Saras.

In conclusion, we strongly do recommend Stylish for your rental. It's team is composed of very professional employees who care about your satisfaction and respect their promises.
