Thanks for your message.
We truly did enjoy our stay at the
apartment once the small technical
issues were resolved. The service was very efficient and responsive
and addressed most of our queries However, It would have been helpful
to have some of the manuals for the TV and DVD and music player
available so we could figure out to use these quickly rather than
guess work.
The
apartment was located in an excellent area close the all the
amenities we required and the views from all the rooms were great.
On a more critical note I think there should have been a full check on
the
apartment beforehand by 'housekeeping to address the broken
kettle, missing light bulbs and lack of lighting on the veranda areas.
The children absolutely loved the pools and play areas and I was
pleasantly surprised to find there was a gym and indoor play area
available as well.My parents were extremely comfortable and the
apartment was very spacious for all 6 of us.
A very sincere thanks to Sara and Kate who addressed all my numerous
queries quickly and fully and were great to speak to. Thanks to Sara
for giving us some info and tips which helped during our stay,
organising transport following our check out and helping with our
bags.
All in all, I will and have already recommended 'You Stylish' as well
as the beautiful city of
Barcelona, to friends and family
We will definitely be returning sooner rather than later!

We are working on a welcome packet that will address all the concerns about how to use the different ameneties so no worries on that front. As for the bulbs and the kettle, everything is replaced and should be in order. I am glad that you had a really great stay with us and thank you for all the great tips on how to make the
