Running, jogging, walking, or hiking..whichever your fancy, Barcelona has a space for you to strap on those outdoor shoes and get moving! Barcelona is very jog-friendly for being such a big city. There are three places in particular that many joggers find their running fix and that accommodates nicely, mainly the boardwalk by the sea area, Montjuïc, and Tibidabo mountain.
Barcelona has palm trees, sunshine, the beach…and yes, we have ice skating rinks too. Although it is not quite as popular an activity as other activities here in Barcelona, ice skating has a small but loyal set of followers. Here are two locations in the city where you and your family can enjoy some fun on ice to get out of this sweltering heat…
B400 is located in the Poblenou beach area. Of course, this apartment has its own private patio next to it’s private swimming pool, the beach is right across the street, and you have your own private terrace to stretch out and relax in, but apart from that, this apartment is right next to the second largest public park in Barcelona. Did you know that?
Sometimes you just need some space from the metal, modern and noisy world. A bit of green, a splash of trees, or a hint of nature could be just the thing to keep you from feeling lost in the jungle of the city’s tall buildings and constant movement. Lucky for you, the city of Barcelona takes care to splash a little color in the cosmopolitan jungle. Check out where the nearest green spot is located close to B305, our Plaza Catalunya apartment located smack in the middle of the city’s heart.
