Sitges, the beautiful beach fashion town next to Barcelona. There's a certain magic in the air in Sitges. It is located approximately 30km South of Barcelona. A sophisticated getaway for young and old, gay and straight, families and friends. Party animals can make the most of the bars and clubs on 'The Street of Sin'. Couples will find romance in the cozy bars, rambling streets, variety of restaurants and blue seas. Sitges' microclimate means that it enjoys sunshine on average 300 days a year.
The house is oriented to the sun and the Mediterranean Sea.

The house has two floors, each of them with independent entrance.
The ground floor has a dining room with table suitable for ten people and it is connected to the kitchen through a bar. It is fully equipped and it has large windows looking into the private garden. Separated from the dining room, the house has an ample salon with double height ceiling, connected directly to the garden (with spa and barbecue).
On this floor there are two bedrooms: a big suite with walk in closet and bathroom connected to the spa; and another double bedroom with bathroom.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms: a master suite with bathroom and two double bedrooms that share a bathroom.
The garden is small but convenient, an area with vegetation and a wooden terrace, equipped for outdoor meals, with deck chairs and barbecue.
The whole house has been equipped with quality materials, and comfortable furniture.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a 300 euros refundable damage deposit.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
