Sitges, the beautiful beach fashion town next to Barcelona. There's a certain magic in the air in Sitges. It is located approximately 30km South of Barcelona. A sophisticated getaway for young and old, gay and straight, families and friends. Party animals can make the most of the bars and clubs on 'The Street of Sin'. Couples will find romance in the cozy bars, rambling streets, variety of restaurants and blue seas. Sitges' microclimate means that it enjoys sunshine on average 300 days a year.
This is a glass house of 500 m2, sea views from every single corner of the house. Four floors with elevator / lift provides privacy and different ambiences in the house. One floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, huge 80 m2, with its ensuite Corian bathroom and a 80m2 semi-covered terrace. Another floor (of 68 m2) has the living/dining room affording stunning views over the sea, a toilet, an eat-in kitchen fully fitted fully equipped. Then another floor has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a Jakuzzi big indoor pool overlooking the sea (Jacuzzi for up to 4 people). Last floor, the ground floor there is a loft that can either be used as a gymnasium or a garage. There is also a laundry area and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The whole house has been equipped with best quality materials, and top furniture.
There is a big private outside area, a big swimming pool where you will almost feel like swimming on the sea directly, as water falls right at the edge of the pool. It also has a cool outside bar, with fancy lights and a chill our area with sofa.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a 300 euros refundable damage deposit.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
