This apartment faces the back of the building, to a open big space, so for it's central location it is a very quiet apartment!!

Bottom level
The living room of this fantastic apartment is on the lower level and has french doors which open onto the small balcony/terrace, here you will find a table and some chairs so the guests can enjoy the wonderful weather that Barcelona enjoys for much of the year; this allows for lots of natural light in the apartment making it a great area to relax and unwind after a hard day of sightseeing or shopping! Leading from the living area you will find the dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen, ready for any guests wishing to prepare meals...
Also on this level you will find three bedrooms; The elegant master bedroom which comes complete with a queen sized bed and ample wardrobe space for all your belongings. The two guest bedrooms are open plan in style and have a step ladder staircase leading from the ground floor bedroom to a lofted bedroom where you will find another area with a queen sized bed. This bedroom is not recommended for children or for people who have difficulty with stairs (please note that the apartment is considered a 4 double bedroom as this fifth bedroom will only be used by the acceptance of the guest).
A full, modern bathroom in cool white marble and glass completes the lower level of the apartment.
Upper level
An elegant wooden staircase takes you to the upper level where you will find the third and fourth guest bedrooms. This is also open plan and you have to pass through this bedroom to reach the fourth guest bedroom. Please note that this area has low ceilings. Both bedrooms have twin beds.
A second full bathroom with spacious walk in shower completes the upper level of this fantastic apartment.
The apartment comes with TV and DVD for entertainment and has central air conditioning and heating so guests are comfortable no matter what time of the year they are visiting this great city and like all of our apartments it comes with free high speed internet access.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a 300 euros refundable damage deposit.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
