We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a 300 euros refundable damage deposit.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.

Great location; great equipment, all super clean, and makes your stay in Barcelona a wonderful experience. Thanks for being aware of us and assisting us in each moment when we needed it. Thanks for your message.
We truly did enjoy our stay at the apartment once the small technical
issues were resolved. The service was very efficient and responsive
and addressed most of our queries However, It would have been helpful
to have some of the manuals for the TV and DVD and music player
available so we could figure out to use these quickly rather than
guess work.
The apartment was located in an excellent area close the all the
amenities we required and the views from all the rooms were great.
On a more critical note I think there should have been a full check on
the apartment beforehand by 'housekeeping to address the broken
kettle, missing light bulbs and lack of lighting on the veranda areas.
The children absolutely loved the pools and play areas and I was
pleasantly surprised to find there was a gym and indoor play area
available as well.My parents were extremely comfortable and the
apartment was very spacious for all 6 of us.
A very sincere thanks to Sara and Kate who addressed all my numerous
queries quickly and fully and were great to speak to. Thanks to Sara
for giving us some info and tips which helped during our stay,
organising transport following our check out and helping with our
bags.
All in all, I will and have already recommended 'You Stylish' as well
as the beautiful city of Barcelona, to friends and family
We will definitely be returning sooner rather than later!

Era perfecto para la despedida de nuestro amigo. 
We found the apartment to be, apart from lovely, quite convenient. There is a big mall right down the steet, we found the local grocery store within walking distance, the beach is right acoss the street and the Barcelona Tour Bus has a bus stop right across the street. Everything was close which made our stay really easy. We caught the tour bus two days in a row. It was great! Also, we had easy access to transportation into the city at all times. -Harold Hampel

The pleasure of having a pool is a luxury. When you don't have to share that pool with a million people is even better. This You Stylish Apartment comes with a communal pool that is only accessible by tennents of your building. The pool is open from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. and come with places to sunbathe. Some pool areas offer play areas for children and a children's pool. Make sure to ask for more details on your specific apartment. Getting your Mediterranean tan just got a whole lot more stylish.
Paddle courts
This apartment comes with a private paddle court. If you are planning to use the courts, please remember to bring your paddle court equipment as there are none available for rent. Feel free to use the paddle courts during your stay. Generally there is a sign up sheet right on the door to the paddle courts for a time slot.
Parking in the private parking garage is available for this apartment. If you are coming to Barcelona by car, or plan on renting a car for trips outside of the city, it is very easy and affordable to keep it safe and stored in our private parking garages. Please make sure to indicate in your booking that you will be needing a parking space, and our You Stylish agents will reserve the space for you.
