We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.

The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.

Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our group to enjoy our last few days in Barcelona! We chose the apartment in the Diagonal Mar for its location on the beach and the view of the Mediterranean and we were not disappointed! The apartment was very nicely furnished and was large enough to accommodate our party of 6 very comfortably. The very large terrace was our favorite part with an excellent view of the Meditteranean and the St Joan fireworks! You Stylish did an excellent job making this part of our stay in Barcelona go without a problem. Saras was very lovely to work with and was very accommodating as we arrived at the apartment rather late in the evening. She also made herself available by phone and answered when we called for help to watch the American World Cup Soccer game. I would highly recommend the apartment and service.

Paddle courts
This apartment comes with a private paddle court. If you are planning to use the courts, please remember to bring your paddle court equipment as there are none available for rent. Feel free to use the paddle courts during your stay. Generally there is a sign up sheet right on the door to the paddle courts for a time slot.
Parking in the private parking garage is available for this apartment. If you are coming to Barcelona by car, or plan on renting a car for trips outside of the city, it is very easy and affordable to keep it safe and stored in our private parking garages.
