Once inside this bright second floor apartment you will find peace and tranquillity in stunning style. Step outside and you are surrounded by historic medieval streets packed with boutiques, cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. Less than two minute's walk and you are on the bustling La Rambla, and three minutes away is the city hub - Placa De Catalunya. A perfect location.
The spacious living room has a smart leather sofa bed with a great LCDTV, DVD and Hi Fi. There is a wonderful parquet floor throughout and also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery as well as a full oven, four ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
It is a 4 bedroom apartment. There are three double bedrooms and a single bedroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed with bedside cabinets and reading lights.
The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with w.c. and sink.
There are two double bedrooms in the eaves of the apartment. They are light and sunny with plenty of storage space. There is also a third single bedroom.
On the lower level there is a second bathroom -very smart with a great shower, bath, w.c.and hand basin and a hairdryer is provided.
The apartment has ADSL wireless internet connection, is fully heated and airconditioned.
