Sunny private and furnished terrace - 60 m2 - with sea views, set in a large well-kept garden with sun loungers. Perfect for families.

This 90 m2 flat is set on a fifth floor (with elevator). It includes a large living and dining area, a separate very well equipped kitchen with en extra table and chairs. It has three bedrooms, of which one master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and another bedroom with a single and an extra bed. Two bathrooms, of which both have a bathtub and a separate shower, but one has, on top, a bidet and a jacuzzi, make the offer complete. There is lots of storage space in the bedrooms and hallway. Both the livingroom and the masterbedroom have windows that open onto the private terrace.

This brand new building from Summer 2009 is set in the newly developed Diagonal Mar area.

There is a parking space for rent in the building, extra cost.

** PLEASE NOTE that the swimming-pool in the building is ONLY available for rentals longer than three weeks.

(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

Policies:

BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.

The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.

There is a surcharge for special events if apply.

1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount

Estimado Sergio Gracias por recibirnos en tan hermoso apartamento . La verdad que estuvimos como en casa. Especialmente con camas muy cómodas y sabanas blancas!! El apartamento es una joya y lo renovaron con muy buen gusto. También nos encanto el área ya que estaba cerca de lugares de yoga y un supermercado orgánico. Allí pudimos hacer compras y comer riquísimo local y biológico, todo nuestro viaje en Barcelona fue mágico y el hospedaje todavía lo hizo mejor! Dear Sergio Thanks you for receiving us so well in the apartment. The truth is that we felt right at home. Especially with the comfortable beds and white sheets!! The apartment is a jewel and they have redecorated it in good taste. We also loved the area that was close to the apartment and two places in particular: the yoga center and the organic supermarket. There, we were able to buy and eat the local goods which were delicious and biologic. Our whole trip to Barcelona was magical and the apartment and hospitality made it all the better!
