Terms and conditions

Check- Ins/ Outs:

Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.

Policies:

BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.

The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.

There is a 300 euros refundable damage deposit.

There is a surcharge for special events if apply.

Policies cancelations

1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount

The pleasure of having a pool is a luxury. When you don't have to share that pool with a million people is even better. This You Stylish Apartment comes with a communal pool that is only accessible by tennents of your building. The pool is open from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. and come with places to sunbathe. Some pool areas offer play areas for children and a children's pool. Make sure to ask for more details on your specific apartment. Getting your Mediterranean tan just got a whole lot more stylish.

Paddle courts
This apartment comes with a private paddle court. If you are planning to use the courts, please remember to bring your paddle court equipment as there are none available for rent. Feel free to use the paddle courts during your stay. Generally there is a sign up sheet right on the door to the paddle courts for a time slot.

Parking in the private parking garage is available for this apartment. If you are coming to Barcelona by car, or plan on renting a car for trips outside of the city, it is very easy and affordable to keep it safe and stored in our private parking garages. Please make sure to indicate in your booking that you will be needing a parking space, and our You Stylish agents will reserve the space for you.
