Check- Ins/ Outs:

Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.

Policies:

BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.

The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.

There is a 300 euros refundable damage deposit.

There is a surcharge for special events if apply.

1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount

We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona very much. The apartment was up to a very good standard and it's location was excellent.
If there was one downside it was that one of the tenants in the apartment next door was very inconsiderate. He played his music loudly late at night and had his TV on full volume at 3.00 a.m. I appreciate that these are not your tenants, but they are bad for your business. We had two kids with us who would have been awakened if they were in the bedroom that I was in.
Otherwise everything was really good.
Thank you for sorting out one or two issues for us and for being really helpful. We will certainly come back and almost certainly book with You Stylish.

We were very comfortable, an ideal family vacation. Thank you so much for everything. More than anything, I must say that the greatest thing about the apartment is the location which is stupendous. We were able to enjoy the city to the maximum. Plus, since we like to walk as a family, it was great to be able to get to, on foot, all the big sightseeing places. We must have walked up and down those Rambla streets a thousand times. Lot's of restaurants around the apartment and the organic grocery store that Lichi pointed out was great. Tais and her girldfriends are some brave ladies! They started their European adventure in Barcelona and then were going to make it out to Italy. During their stay they enjoyed the Barceloneta area (found a place for really amazing nachos which I cannot for the life of me remember it's name) and the main city center. Barcelona, one of the best cities in the world -David and friends
Dear Saras, We have returned home last week, and still are living on our memories of Barcelona. Our arrival was painless, and the fact that you met us on our arrival and introduced us to the appartment and the neighborough was most welcome. The appartment was spacious, clean, big enough for 6 adults, and the location just off the Universitat and Plaza Catalunya was perfect. We took the Hop on/off bus the first morning to get to know the highlites, then walked everywhere, took the very convenient Metro if we were getting a bit tired. Barcelona is a fantastic city, the architecture, and not just Gaudi, the sensible layout, the infrastructure, the urbanity and civility of the place, the public art, the food, the museums, we lined up for the Picasso museum, free every first Sunday of the month, well worth the line up! The atmosphere, tapas and cava across the street at El Xampanyet were fantastic too! We took the train for couple of day trips to Figueres, Girona and Montserrat, also very convenient, the train stations are so close, underground, walking distance as well, how civilized! Even the weather was perfect, 25C, first week of April, we still are only breaking the teens at home in Toronto! We are looking forward to going to Barcelona again, next time even longer than the week, there is so much to do, see and just enjoy life. Unexpected things happen in Barcelona B310
Nancy came to Barcelona to have fun, relax a bit and get to know the city, the sights, and also to do what she likes the most, which is jogging. Apart from staying in a very nice Stylish apartment, she’s been through some serendipitous situations.
She decided to go jogging up the Montjuic Park, and all of a sudden she crashes into thousands of people doing the same thing! After inquiring if she could join them, she found out that the race was the exact type of marathon that she likes to do. She didn’t think twice, she joined them, had a great time being supported by the locals, and not only that, she almost won it!! This is Barcelona, and even better. Check her history:

You-Stylish apartment and service quality Obviously, quite frankly, we came to Barcelona to celebrate our very own immature Super Sweet Sixteen Redneck Rampage Party @Ramblas. Despite our honorable intention, we felt it was essential to have a quality accommodation in walking distance to all major attractions. Overall, the apartment was exactly what we were hoping for. We can absolutely recommend it to a wide variety of sophisticated guests. To adapt the marketing slogan of a fast food company the apartment was simply ‘window licking good’. The light at the end of the tunnel was just a sign that the fridge was getting empty. We were devastated when we had to leave after only three days.
For the You-Stylish.com service, especially the individual support and the competence of our friendly check-in agent Saras must be emphasized positively, thus making it obviously very difficult to find a comparable accommodation. We were utterly impressed with the professional and helpful assistance you gave us throughout the whole stay (shuttle bus, local restaurants, advice…). In addition, it was a pleasure to listen to your perfect English, so communication was not an issue at all.
A stylish apartment is nothing without a stylish and professional contact person. The service process was flawless, fast and absolutely wonderful. Saras, it was a pleasure to meet you!
Nightlife – Barcelona from a touristic viewpoint On a socio-cultural and touristic level, you will be treated very friendly from the locals. I personally never felt like it’s a dangerous place and there was no situation where someone was unfriendly with us. Barcelona offers different cultures, lifestyles and tourists are an important factor for the identity of the city. In this regard, Barcelona is a great place for being a nerdy tourist! It’s a big party all the time if you are asking for it. You won’t need Rafael Nadal’s biceps or Carles Puyol’s dead hairstylist to make friends.
It’s more the awareness that is needed to identify the ‘costs’ of being part of a touristic community, as well as the strategies that you can use to either strengthen the ties to other tourist groups (preferably from other countries) or strike a balance between being part of, yet distinct from, the touristic community. Catalans are proud people, but they are not complicated. We made a lot of friends in a very short period of time. It’s worth to celebrate and respect each individual identity (an open mind is helpful). People will show you a different side of the city (far away from the mass-tourism approach) and it’s easier to gain access to certain clubs when you are with locals. Consecutively, Barcelona is a big candy shop and it’s impossible to see everything. You definitely will want to have some help. As a result, I think it is important for tourists to find ways to combine and leverage their different experiences, thus motivating this personal review. Quintessence therefore: I’ll be back! Well, probably more as a traditional visitor next time. Nevertheless, it’s fantastic to enjoy some quality-time in one of the stylish apartments, when you need a little break from the cultural orgy the city offers. We thoroughly enjoyed our You-Stylish apartment and our trip to Barcelona. Check-in with Saras was extremely smooth and she offered helpful advice about the surrounding area. The apartment interior was great, just as it looked in the pictures, and the location was perfect. The apartment was on a safe, quiet street, but it was only a short walk to Las Ramblas and the main shopping and tourist areas around Plaza Catalyuna and Passeig de Gracia. We found good restaurants nearby around the Plaza de la Universitat. We particularly liked the el Born area of Barcelona, which was a quick cab ride from the apartment. We had good dinner experiences at Cheese Me and La Luna restaurants in el Born, and after dinner bars like La Fianna, Nose and Miramelindo had a great vibe. Shopping in el Born was great too, especially on and around Carrer de l'Argenteria. We also had a great dinner at CDLC, located at the Port Olimpic. We look forward to another trip to Barcelona, and will certainly rent an apartment with You-Stylish again. -Chad Kleinheksel Published July 2010
