We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a 300 euros refundable damage deposit.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.

Dear Saras,
Our family thouroughly enjoyed our time in Barcelona. The location of the apartment worked
well for us, with a 2 and 4 year old, since it was much more quiet than the "inner city". It was easy to get to the Metro and anywhere else we wanted to go in the city. And there we just enough good restaurants near by if we didn't feel like getting on the Metro. We had a great time down by the beach and enjoyed the walk towards Barceloneta.
You (Saras) were wonderful at giving us advice and recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We really appreciate how available and helpful you were. One of the places you recommended was Taller de Tapas, and it was so good, we ate there 3 times!
We promise to come back to Barcelona, hopefully soon, and will definitely look on You Stylish to find our accommodations.

Just thought I would give you some feedback for your website regarding our booking. The girl meeting us, Sarah, was great and very helpful wth information and showing us around the apartment. The apartment fitted our requirements ok. The items left in the cupboards and fridge were very thoughtful and much appreciated - could I also suggest perhaps a bottle of water be included in this? The terrace was great.
On saying all this, we had a lovely weekend and the nearness of the apartment to the beach was terrific. Many thanks for making the booking, etc, so simple.

The apartment wasn't bad, it was just what we were looking for. There terrace on top of the building was a nice extra place to hang out in the open air and the apartment itself was perfect for the 6 of us. The area around the apartment is so quiet and tranquil which is exactly what we wanted and the beach is across the street so we were there on the beach most of the time. I'm going home with a tan. Everyone back home is going to be really jealous. Oh! and make sure to thank Kate for us. She was nothing but absolutely kind and helpful during our reservation process even though she opted out of the glass of wine with us. Maybe next time.
