We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a 300 euros refundable damage deposit.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount

This is Mary Ellen...we rented Plaza Catalunya Luxe I.D. # B305 last April 2010. We absolutely loved it! We are now planning on returning to Barcelona. We have a total group of 12 of us. We will be going on a cruise... we realize that this is only a 2 nite stay, however you were so great in helping us last year, we are hoping that you can help us this time.

This apartment was very comfortable for 6 adults. We loved all the natural light from the large french doors/windows. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was a little small, but we enjoyed fixing our breakfasts, & we were able to cook nice dinners 5 of our 10 nights in Barcelona. The location of the apartment was fantastic -- close to many sights, restaurants, the Boqueria & Santa Catarina markets & across the street from El Corte Ingles with the huge grocery store in the basement - open most nights till 10 pm. The staff was very helpful & friendly; Eva even recommended her hospital when I had to take my daughter to the ER. We really appreciated being picked up at the airport on our arrival; what a bonus. I highly recommend this company & this apartment; we would definitely rent again.

We stayed at B305 for 34 days. It was the most wonderful vacation I have ever had. The apartment was perfect. It was a 10 plus. The location was ideal. It was so convenient to everything. It was even nicer than the pictures showed.

Thanks for your note! Yes we enjoyed very much Barcelona. The city is beautiful and friendly, the architecture and the culture are exceptional! The only word we can say is WOW! We were able to use all of the city's transportation facilities, this was definately a big plus for my husband's needs. We have travelled all around the world and this accomodation was better than expected.
We had a nice dinner for my husband's birthday at Osmosis, what an extraordinary dinning experience. The food, the wine and the exceptional service were outstanding, we cherish that evening--excellent memories.... I strongly recommend this restaurant located about 1,4km away from the apartment.
As for the apartment, the location and the comodities were excellent--
In summary, we would recommend this apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Barcelona. I think we may have walked every square inch of the city over the 7 days. The apartment was in a great location and we easily got to everything we wanted to do or see. It was the perfect size for the four of us and gave each of us plenty of space. I even managed to find a handful of stations that showed American TV programs!

Perrine- Location was just great, the furniture and design of the apartment is really great too. I wish my apartment in France looked like this! Having the washing machine and dryer was quite convenient since we used it a lot during our stay.
I liked everything about the apartment. I have nothing bad to say. Oh, one really great thing was that the windows were efficient. It kept out all the light so we could sleep comfortably and it was amazing how little noise there was! I am really impressed. -Marie

Also the view from the terrace overlooking the plaza is simply wonderful. We were also delighted to find the apartment equipped with things that we weren't expecting to see like dishwasher and laundry soap, which we happened to bring with us from the states just in case! It was also nice to find the little welcome pack of the coffee and sugar and the table cloth. As for the apartment itself, it is lovely and just like the pictures online.
