The apartment is new, recently renovated and it is located in an antique building. An ideal place for families or couples, with lots of natural light and a nice balcony from where to enjoy the views of the typical Gracia neighbourhood.

The kitchen, with its red colour playing with the other furniture, is outstanding.
The living room is in one separate ambient together with a fully equipped kitchen and a dinning table. There is a big sofa with Chaise longue and another sofa, which can be used as a double bed.
The quiet bedroom is facing a walking street, with a double bed of 150 cm x 190 cm.
Fully equipped bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning and central heating.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a 300 euros refundable damage deposit.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.

2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount
