The apartment is brand new. Equipped and thought to offer a special coolness to your stay. The kitchen is outstanding. With its white color playing whit the other furniture. The building has a lift. It's an apartment fantastic to spend a few days of tranquility and chilling out and make the most of all that Barcelona offers you.
It's situated overlooking the big park La Ciutadela. Enjoy el Borne fashion district, walking distance to the main city centre, Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya... or walking distance to the Beach, perfect for all type of holidays.

The living room is in one separate ambient upstairs to the master bedroom, together with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate room, with another double sofa bed, for kids or even for business with small desk. The apartment is rented for up to 3 guest or even four if this is two adults + 2 children.
One double bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm 190 cm, ensuite with nice bathroom. Quiet bedroom facing the back of the building, no cars or street nearby.

Check Out is at 11.00
We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this is dependant upon previous bookings. Please note for late checkins, that there is a 30 euros surcharge for checkins earlier than 15:00 or between 21:00 and 24:00; checkins after 24:00 incur a 60 euros surcharge. We will also arrange a late check out if the apartment is available after agreement with a surcharge of 90 euros for check outs after 12:00.
Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a 300 euros refundable damage deposit.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.

Hi Saras,
The apartment was perfect. Everything was new, modern and comfortable. I appreciated the view overlooking the park from the terrace and of course, being in the Born area was the best part. We found so many little corners of the neighborhood like this little romantic restaurant called Sikkim that was really close to the apartment. We also found this great little champagne restaurant right by Santa Maria del Mar. On the weekend there was a woman singing opera while we sipped on champagne and ate olives. Our experience with You Stylish and Barcelona was perfect and exactly what we needed. A short but relaxing vacation just my wife and I. If we come back to Barcelona within the next two years, we want to rent the same apartment if that is possible. I hope you are doing well.
